"This property is perfect for a large family gathering! Plenty of bedrooms and extra mattresses for the kids to sleep on, but wonderful spaces indoors and out for everyone to gather. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you need to cook a meal for a crowd. The pool is a hit with the grandchildren (and their parents!). Donna is a wonderful host and is very accommodating. We highly recommend this property if you need space for a large group."

"Wow, what an incredible escape! The Inns at St. Albans is truly a hidden gem, and I can't believe it's just a short drive from St. Louis. For our anniversary, we booked a king suite and were completely blown away. It was incredibly elegant, with a stunning lake view right from our room. The French doors opening onto the lakefront veranda were pure magic, and the huge walk-in shower was a dream come true. They have many amenities and a coffee/drinks area with ice and fireplace sitting common area. The Lodge only has 12 rooms so it is very private if you are lucky enough to book a stay with them. It is the perfect romantic escape to relax for us. This historic building exudes privacy and romance, feeling wonderfully secluded – the perfect anniversary spot. Cindy, our host, was absolutely amazing and made our stay even more special. It's truly the perfect, private sanctuary away from the hectic STL city life. This is a hidden gem in a very isolated very affluent neighborhood but everyone we met was so nice and welcoming to us as guest of their town. We can't wait to return and explore more of this beautiful area! It is truly our “new” favorite place to stay and can’t wait for the next opportunity. "
