Apartment in a secular building renovated and furnished with care. Two bedrooms: double and single, bathroom with shower and bidet, kitchen and living area equipped with microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle. Useful position to reach local points of interest and Tuscan destinations. Near the bus station (200mt) in the center of the flat part of Colle Val d'ELSA, a small suggestive town of ancient origins with Etruscan, medieval and Renaissance testimonies; Located along the route of the Via Francigena and in the heart of Tuscany between Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, the Chianti, Monteriggioni, Certaldo etc. Close to ample free parking and the ski lift to Colle Alta where the Borgo and Il Castello are, numerous art treasures and museums. Also close to the theaters and the museum of crystal excellence of Colle.
