"The cottage was very sweet and suited our needs well. We were so pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the little town of Inveraray was, and had fun dining/walking around there. We also enjoyed exploring Loch Lomond from Luss - we took a short little boat ride and then had a picnic near the water. A very relaxing leg of our trip :). Thank you, Patsy."

"Although I filled in a questionnaire and handed it in at Melfort Village reception when I left I have completed this one as well because I really enjoyed my week there.The weather was lovely and the views to die for. My friends and I had a day on Luing with lunch at the Atlantic Islands Centre which was excellent. "We all had a great time during our stay at this lovely, peaceful cottage. The cottage was a little further off the main road than expected but this added to its charm. We organized our food shopping early on in the week and spent our evenings relaxing in the cottage looking at the spectacular views from most rooms. We did lots of walking and climbing and it was a pleasure to come back to this warm, cosy cottage at the end of the day."

"Tigh-an-Uillt was just perfect. Situated well for trips to Dunoon, Inveraray, Tighnabruaich, Portavadie, Oban. The outlook in Strachur overlooking Loch Fyne was stunning. The house had everything we needed and was very peaceful.It is quite a walk to the local - Creggans Inn and is along a busy road so local amenities rated lower but this was no problem to us as we took the car and weâ€™re happy to sit at night and gaze at the amazing views. "The property is lovely, and the owner very resposive when light switch disintigrated. It was a shame the dishwasher program didnt work, the fire alarm fell from the ceiling and the tv was too old to take any form of digital equipment, nor did the dvd function work. Otherwise the cottage is lovely in a pretty spot The foul weather made tv more important I guess. It shortened our stay by half.
