"We stayed here for Rockville, and while we didn’t spend much time at the hotel it was clean, the air was cold. It was well stocked and right on the beach!"

"Beach is nice and clean. As was the pool. Rooms clean, only thing I did not like was the shower had a half door. However, that did not make or break my rating of the property as that’s just preference. Great place. Will be back again"

"The Breakfast was ok, not like the Best Western Plus I stayed in a week prior in Orlando, the best thing about my stay was the ocean view, after all thats why I paid the price I paid for the view. This hotel had absolutely no amenities, there was no option to log into my Netflix account or even a YouTube account. The staff were pretty nice but that hotel was very old & outdated."

"You have to pay for valet parking or paid parking off-site. Hidden fees. I don't think I will stay here again. $325 room and end up paying about $500 total. The pool was nice. The fire pit was cozy. The bar has a beautiful view and a nice atmosphere. The "oceanview" room was clean, but it was located directly over the AC units, and they were very loud. You can't hear the ocean at all. The staff was the best part of the hotel. I didn't like the hidden fees. Will not be returning."

"Wonderful staff. Accommodated a late late check in & offered a beach view room that was just lovely. Also nice that the facility is a few miles away from the racetrack. It’s a little more peaceful and WAY less traffic! Worth the stay if you don’t want to be up all night with the hustle and bustle of the city and clubs. "

"The pictures definitely do not reflect how old the building is. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They gave another family a key to our room and helped get that corrected. Our key didn’t work after that when I asked about it, she apologized and took responsibility And fixed our key The chain lock did not work the floors had stains in the carpet and the door for the bathroom stuck and was horrible hard to open. The tv appears f have been left on the same Channel because it has the image burned on the screen. The elevator was a scary but did work. The door to our rooms had one inch gap at the top, so you could see light through it all the toe. It appears that every room had the same thing. After all of this, and even so, I would stay there again. The staff was friendly and the mini fridge was cold. And it was gated access to the beach. Simple parking as if they ran out of spaces, they had an overflow lot directly across the street. Also when we got there, we requested an early check in, because we got to town around 10:00 that morning. They were able to accommodate us as we were able to check in by 12:00. Again, Thank you to your staff. They were friendly Knowledgeable and helpful. I would choose to stay there’s just based on the staff, over a newer hotel with bad staff. Customer service is key. Thank you!!"
