"The property was updated nicely. Everything was clean and well set up. All breakfast was all self service which worked fine. Just different. We didn’t see any staff except once and they stay onsite. We couldn’t figure out the microwave. And the hairdryer in the room didn’t work. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay with nice chats with the other guests. "

"All good. Rooms big and comfortable. Shower spot on. Bar was a friendly place chatted with the locals. Sky sports and racing channel on what more do you want. Great fish and chip shop over the road all a contractor needs. "

"Wonderful location and our room was spacious. Shared toilet and shower area. Breakfast was excellent and owners super nice. Only downside is the walls are thin so you can hear pretty much everything your neighbor does so how quiet they are or not is dependent on your neighbor. Dogs are allowed so when our neighbor left the dog cried for a couple of hours then was quiet. The next night quiet but as each neighbor uses the door, or makes any noise I would wake up. If your a heavy sleeper it may not...

Location was on the track just up from metropole, really fast section, excellent viewing from the front garden.. breakfast was excellent and plentyful.. Room was nice and clean...overall a very good B&B...Brian was very helpful and couldnt go enough for you... would definitely go back.... highly recommended..."
