"AC wasn’t working. We couldn’t sleep all night. Staff was helpful but hotel was fully booked. They couldn’t arrange another room. The manager also said that they can’t do much since room was booked via Expedia. They offered 30% off next time. But I doubt I’ll go and stay there again."
