"Overall very good. Like the "old" ambience of the place. Staff is excellent. Disappointed the restaurant and bar were both closed. Only real complaint was the very poor water pressure in the shower. Two full bathrooms in one king room seems like overkill, but definitely adds to the hotel's uniqueness and charm. I will be back."

"Beautiful cabin, definitely off the beaten path. We were warned by the host, so we were prepared. AWD and higher clearance vehicles is a must. The dock was nice, and the kayaks and lily pad were great. The water in the cove was shallow enough to touch (4.5 ft?) so no diving off the dock. Samantha was a great host and kept in touch through the whole process."

"Had a great weekend! The place was perfect for our group. The house was nice, clean and spacious. We a blast hanging out on the dock, swimming and fishing. They supplied kayaks and wake boards that the kids loved using. The only thing renters should be aware of is the long step stairs leading to the dock. It wasn't an issue for us but I could see it being an issue for older guests. Over all would recommend staying here."
