I was driving to the rental when the owner contacted me saying that I didnt have a reservation. That Expedia/VRBO had took her listing off of the site (even though it was listed when I booked it.) and I had to contact expedia for a refund. This was JULY 4th. There was nothing else available. Expedia said they couldnt help me even though I have pictures and confirmation of renting. And I had to cancel my trip with my family due to having no where to stay! I have not been contacted since, no one trying to make the situation better. Just a ruined trip, no money back and excuses that Expedia cant help me.

We couldn’t stay there. We were notified 6 hours before check in that people were not checking out. We had to go somewhere else. Why were they allowed to stay?

This house was very nice. The refrigerator kept losing power so good items became room temp and we had to throw them away.

It was very clean, the beds were great, the kitchen was well supplied, the hostess was very prompt in responding to questions-but the steep stairway to the second floor was very noisy and could be quite dangerous and the internet was not working well -we did ask help for this, but was not successful.
