Your "Aunt-B" Glamping Tent contains:



* One comfortable queen Bed

* Fresh linens and spacious interior

* Two portable power packs to charge electronic devices

* Fire pits and grills for roasting marshmallows or preparing hearty meals on crisp evenings.

* Clean shared outside bathroom facilities with hot showers to warm up after a day outdoors.

* Relaxed peaceful setting near the lake and hiking trails



While our glamping units at Khushatta Hills offer an upgrade from traditional camping, it's important to remember that they are still tents situated in the heart of beautiful, natural surroundings. With this scenic location comes the possibility of encountering some of nature's smaller inhabitants, bugs and other creepy-crawly friends may occasionally find their way into the tents, despite our best efforts to keep them out.



We do everything we can to minimize these little visitors, but a true outdoor experience often comes with a few surprises. We encourage guests to embrace the beauty of nature, knowing that a little wildlife is part of the charm!



If bringing an additional guest we can provide an extra cot for $20 per night.

This is one of three glamping tents at Khushatta Hills. We also have one tent that is ADA accessible, and one that is perfect for families with one queen and full-size bed. Ingrid, owner of the ranch is a retired educator, and air force veteran who has always wanted to offer an escape to peace and tranquility. Her family has owned this beautiful piece of land on the doorstep of Sam Houston National Forest for over 5 generations.



From the origins of this ranch in 1871, the women in her family have cared for the land, using it to grow local produce to feed multiple families in the area, to now opening the space for visitors to relax and enjoy. Ingrid is passionate, and ambitious, and wants to continue her family legacy with this luxury camping site near Lake Livingston. Her goal has been to create a modern and eco-friendly environment by establishing a community of luxury camping in Texas. The work and determination from Ingrid have created a unique glamping experience in a serene and secluded location that all guests will undoubtedly enjoy.

We are located within a beautiful natural setting in Coldspring, Texas where you can browse their seasonal farmers market. For hiking you cannot miss Sam Houston National Forest which contains some of the best hiking trails in the state. Lone Star Hiking trail passes through this National Park which is one of four in the state of Texas. We are also conveniently located next to Lake Livingston where you can go swimming, canoeing or just relax by the lake. Trinity River is also close by which is very popular for kayaking. Nearby and on-site there are fishing tours, bike trails, bird-watching, and wineries nearby. Enjoy fun with games like horseshoes, bean bag toss, and board games.
