"I was in tears after my night here. We arrived late in the evening and upon entering I noticed a moldy mildew smell. That should have been my first red flag. We go into our room and it was foul. Stained curtains and furniture. Pungent stinky smell. I could barely sleep and remained anxious all night. I woke the next morning from a half sleep to find a bed bug in my bed. This is devastating for me as I have a severe phobia of bugs that infest. I knew it was a bed bug because when I flicked it, it exploded with blood. The best thing the hotel did was refund my money immediately and that was ONLY because I booked through hotels .com. Terrible. Dreadful, horrible experience. It completely ruined mine and my daughter’s college visit. "

"I did not like this property at all first when I got there the system was down so the agent was not able to really identify my registration however she didn't take it a step above and find me a room downstairs because I'm a disabled veteran and can't walk upstairs that part was good. The front lobby where I was checking in had a person sitting in the chair with no shirt on and was obese with tattoos everywhere could have been the agent's boyfriend but I felt a little bit uneasy checking in. Felt like I was in a bad neighborhood"
