"Hopewell is potentially a stupendous destination. Accommodation was excellent and luxurious. I feel they tried too hard to provide very fancy food that did not quite come off and this could be improved. They do not have the Big 5 but there is plenty of game to see and the Ranger is excellent. This is a fantastic location for a honeymoon or just a peaceful getaway in the Eastern Cape Bush."

"Great location for Addo park. the set up with the huts as accommodation is like a movie of old africa. We loved it"

"Staff, room. safari and food were great. Fantastic ambiance about the place. Highly recommended."

"Fantastic place. Great home-cooked food cooked and served in a home-style atmosphere by the staff on a deck with amazing views. Would highly recommend as a base for exploring Addo. The property also has giraffes and sheep, both of which walked directly past our room!"

"Great game drives "

"Absolutely fantastic. Wonderful guides, staff, rooms and food. Hard to imagine a better holiday location."

Due to this matter i will not likely to visit Bukela again nor reconmend to anyone which is regretful as the staff and facilities...

We had expected an individual lodge in a private and peaceful setting however we were situated in a lodge attached to another lodge just above the main lodge and kitchen block. So we could constantly hear noise of the kitchen preparations, plates and bins being emptied and staff singing and talking rather...
