Staff very helpful. Property under renovation. They only make up the room ""every three days" but they did not make up our room on the third day which was a Sunday. Because of the renovation, there was lots of carpet and construction materials in the hallways and stairs which we had to negotiate as we came and left. Nobody told us ahead of time that this renovation was going on.

Staff were very friendly and made it worth the stay!! Location was great too! Property is worn and in need of repairs both outside and in. The room was not cleaned well (hair in the shower, beer bottle caps behind the door and under the desk) and the smoke detector was completely detached and sitting on a shelf.

Hotel was quiet and front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Bathroom area was very small but clean. Bed was comfy enough but dipped towards the middle. The one ice machine was broken and the breakfast was minimal

The property was very musty smelling, peeling wallpaper, everything minimally maintained. There is no smoking signs everywhere but the property smelled like weed in the halls and in my room. Positives- house keeper was very friendly, the pool is nice, and it’s fairly affordable.

We stayed one night after a family wedding. We were giving early check in enabling us to get into our room 2 hours early to rest before the celebration. Everything went smoothly. Breakfast was ok. Location was convenient. Room was clean, quiet at night, and smelled fresh after running the air for a few minutes. Good place fir a stop along the route to somewhere.

Ok for a business stay. Needs updating. Nice and quiet. My room smelled like smoke in a non smoking hotel. Staff not super friendly. Hot items for breakfast selections were actually cold to the touch. Bathroom and bed were clean

Lumpy beds, pillows sucked. However customer service was great and able to accommodate a switch to 3rd floor. It was a rough night. Bring your own pillows. Clean room, hot shower and quiet are a plus too

Hallways and elevators were very dirty. Carpet tiles in hallways were coming up. Room was clean, but dated. Beds were surprisingly very comfortable. Pool and hot tub heaters both broken and seem to have been broken for a long time, as algae was growing in the pool after we were told we could try swimming if we wanted (kids wanted to try, didn’t do more than dip their toes in). Check-in is weird. Phone at the desk to call when you want to check in. They did come right away, but it feels weird. Cameras in your face everywhere made it feel like we should be worried about safety. We did not bother with breakfast. We were too scared to see what it would look like. We only stayed for one night on our way to a sports event in Medford. We chose this hotel specifically for the pool. We received a $25 credit from Expedia for the pool being down. Would not stay here again.
