Maison du Lac - Villa with pool located next to Lac d'Annecy

"A delightful location with a small public lake access around 100m away, just over the road. Perfect for paddle boards, swimming, sunbathing or just enjoying the lake view. House is directly beside the cycle path which we used to cycle to the bakery and other locations around the lake. The downstairs is very modern with an incredibly well equipped kitchen and plenty of space. The pool is a good size and immaculately clean, great for kids or to cool off. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. The one bedroom with ensuite shower and sinks (not toilet) is downstairs. Then there is a shower and bath in the bathroom upstairs and one toilet upstairs and one downstairs. House is secure with locked gated access and alarm for the house, as well as plenty of easy parking. David was very accessible and answered questions about the house and local area quickly. The house stays surprisingly cool, considering the heat wave in the high 30s, due to the use of wooden shutters to keep sun from the rooms but we would have liked it if there were enough fans for each room at night (only two fans in the house) - however we didn't ask for any more so more may have been available on request. We would definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity. Thank you David, its a beautiful house by lake Annecy."

"We had the most wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this property and host! The house was clean and well stocked. The pool was fabulous as was the hot tub. It was a nice walk or a quick drive to the nearest Lake Beach. And supermarkets were a quick drive away too. Really well located for a beautiful break away."
Spectacular! 2 bedrooms apartment at the Lake shores with parking

"I stayed at this apartment in Duingt with my family of 4. The view of the lake is incredible and the apartment has everything you need with the exception of air conditioning. We were lucky to be there between two major heat waves but the day time temperature was still quite warm (29-30C), so sleeping at night was a challenge. You can get a good breeze coming through the apartment which helps alot, but at night there are no screens so you tend to get some harmless bugs coming into the apartment. Other than that, the place is very nice with a recently renovated bathroom and everything you need in the kitchen. It's a 10-minute drive to supermarkets, boulangeries, restaurants. There is a dock area with boats and you have access to swim in the lake, but it gets deep very quickly. Instead, you can walk about 5-10 minutes to a nice grassy beach area next to the castle and swim there (depth is about 1 meter). I would definitely stay there again as long as it's not too hot!"

"Tout était parfait ! L'emplacement dans la jolie ville de Duingt était idéal pour faire tous types d'activités. La maison est comme sur les photos. On s'y sent bien et elle est très bien équipée.L'hôte est prévenant et est très réactif dans les échanges par message.N'hésitez pas si vous souhaitez passer un excellent séjour."

"Beautiful hotel and rooms. Very picturesque setting. Local access to the bus and lake passenger boat. We were half board, however we found the evening set menu not always to our taste and there was no choice. Staff were very attentive."
