On the ground floor: garage for motorcycles, bicycles and equipment. On the 1st floor: living room-kitchen with access to the balcony-terrace closed by a gate, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm with balcony and TV), bathroom (shower, washing machine, WC). On the 2nd floor: mezzanine open to the living room (2 double beds 140x190 cm). Large private tarmac courtyard.
