    With 200 m² spacious and bright, this property offers 4 bedrooms with 1.50 x 2 m beds, guaranteeing rest and comfort. It is located in a gated community with a security barrier, ideal for families with children and for those who value tranquillity. The owner personally receives guests at the entrance to facilitate access and hands over the barrier remote control.



    The house has air conditioning throughout the accommodation and an individual gas boiler, ensuring comfort throughout the year. It has 600 Mb fibre optic internet, perfect for teleworking or streaming, and 2 Smart TVs for entertainment.



    In the exterior, you will be able to enjoy a private garden, a 40 m² terrace, a gas barbecue and a private swimming pool, as well as access to an additional communal pool within the urbanisation. It looks much better than the pictures and is a lot more spacious than it looks.

We booked Laura’s place last minute due to issues with our original booking. And I wish we’d actually seen it first! It looks much better than the pictures and is a lot more spacious than it looks. Location is perfect as it’s within an easy drive (20 - 35 mins) of most things but far enough away to give you a peaceful stay.

We had an amazing week at Laura’s house .

The house was excellent and exactly as pictures . Actually it better than pictures . The house was new refurbished and very well refurbished everything as described. Kitchen with all supplies . Dishwasher , washing machine and air conditioner in all rooms , BBQ Very pretty and lovely furnitures. Very stylish and homie house . Has a lovely sofas inside and a table outside where we had few lunches and dinners The position is perfect . It’s close to everything. 20 min from lovely and sandy beaches . 30 min from Marbella , 20 from Malaga and the airport. Carrefur and supermarkets are 10 min away by car The swimming pool is lovely ,very clean and perfect for kids as it has few steps to go in and in hot days you can lay in it . We even got the pool’s towels Laura , the owner and Luis are such lovely people ,very welcoming and always available. We truly recommend this place Thanks for your hospitality Laura x

Ruhige Lage und ideal zum Abschalten.

Wir haben ein paar Tage in dieser casa vacacional verbracht und waren echt zufrieden 😊 Das Haus ist gemütlich und gut ausgestattet, besonders die Außenbereiche haben uns gefallen. Auch wenn es Winter war, konnten wir die Terrasse nutzen und haben dort zusammen gegessen 🍽️. Alles lief unkompliziert und wir würden wiederkommen 👍 Nichts

Laura et Luis sont très réactif, agréable et arrangeant. La résidence est calme donc idéale pour se reposer. Tout les équipements nécessaires sont à disposition. Nous recommandons fortement et encore merci aux hôtes!

Het huis is mooier dan op de foto's.

Heerlijk zwembad en er is altijd wel ergens een schaduwplek. Airco in het huis behalve op zolder. Deze kamer is te bereiken met een vlizotrap die uitkomt in een slaapkamer. Hoeft niet perse een probleem te zijn en anders verhuis je de matrassen naar de woonkamer (airco, donker door de rolluiken en een complete badkamer om de hoek). Tv met ingebouwde Chromecast, WiFi door het hele huis. De verhuurders reageren en handelen snel.
