No tea towel to dry dishes. Laundry - allegedly you can leave laundry in the room and it would be returned (washed) the next day. That did not happen. Sofa bed was broken so could only sit on half of the couch. Cleaning staff were very helpful when we arrived.

Terrible decision to pick this place I have to cancel and move to a different hotel as this place was unacceptable dirty they were very nice and reimbursed my money but I can’t believe how dirty this place is
The place looks like a bunch of teenagers party there last night and nobody cleaned after that

While we liked being so close to the tourist attractions, we did not like the poor insulation from the noise outside (Coimbra students were partying all around till 4am), poor condition of the flooring, windows or the stained couch in the living room.

An experience positive and negative

The apartment made us experience the life in the old city which was nice. But the place was not as shown on the reservation site (the bedroom was not made of stonewalls). Also, it didn’t look like it was well taken care of. The electric blinds were worn out and one literally fell off the wall. I wrote an email to the owner but never heard from them. I slept one night out of 3 because there is zero insonorisation and the party from down the hill goes from 11:00 until 5:00 in the morning! Although the appartement is spacious, it is not exploited in a functional fashion (no hooks or shelves to put your stuff on). Also, just know that you need to be in great physical condition to stay there because you have to climb numerous narrow steep cobblestones alleys to get there

Die Unterkunft hatte fast alles zur Selbstversorgung.Aller- dings fehlten Geschirrhandtücher und auch Wischlappen (um mal Feuchtigkeit aufwischen zu können).Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr schlecht.Nichts in der Nähe.Da die Unterkunft,sozusagen,auf einem Berg liegt muß man immer ins Tal.

Está a 100 metros de la catedral, es hermoso estar tan cerca de la universidad y la catedral. El acceso no es apto para personas mayores o familias con bebés porque para llegar a l suite hay que subir a pie por un callejón empedrado, es hermoso pero hay que considerar eso para no llevar as que lo necesario, nosotros dejamos el coche en u parking abajo cerca del centro y en el ocho dejamos las maleta y solo subimos al cuarto una maleta pequeña con lo indispensable para una noche. Estuvo perfecto así. Por otro lado la habitación súper linda, limpia, remodelada muy bonita, con cocineta, sofá cama 👍 h el baño cómodo y la vista hermosa Los mensajes para check me los contestaron inmediatamente y estuvieron pendientes de que todo ok. Muy buen lugar para hospedarse si puedes caminar en callejón empedrado y si no llevas demasiadas cosas de equipaje. Hay que aparcar el coche sobre la calle cercana o en un parking y llegar en Uber al lugar. Nos encantó

Emplacement formidable au cours de la section historique. Vue sur une cathédrale et le palais; magnifique. Quartier animé le soir (resto, musique...) donc un peu bruyant si les fenêtres sont ouvertes. Rue en pente extrêmement raide pour accéder (pas possible pour les personnes qui ont des difficultés de mobilité)

Spectacular views in a great location. Guests should be aware that they are likely to be woken up by church bells and cheering students. For me it was a bonus, but it might not be for everyone.

The oinly problem is the steep lane/street outsied - inaccesible by taxi and hard to walk for the "older person. Anonymous entry and and access - but excellent value .

Fatal. Insalubre.

Fatal. El suelo de parquet estaba empapado y no se secaba porque salía el agua del subsuelo. Incluso andando con zapatillas te mojabas los pies (asqueroso). Por dicha humedad extrema el suelo estaba y en malas condiciones (insalubre). Las fotos no correspondian con la realidad. No cumple los requisitos de seguridad mínimos. No se podía cerrar la puerta con llave siendo un apartamento que daba a la calle. Las fotos no correspondian con la realidad. Nos quejamos y ni tan solo contestaron. No recomendable para nada. Salimos corriendo a primera hora de la mañana. Deberían devolver el dinero.

Medieval meet modern, with a view!

This place was absolutely amazing! The photos do not do it justice! It was a great find and we were so happy with the apartment, we honestly were sad to have to leave. First off, although it was a bit of a trek to get to it -- walking up a steep, cobblestone hill -- it was worth the work. You walk into the medieval ages, with both the authenticity of stone walls, yet the convenience of modern amenities, and the view of the cathedral no less! The location was fantastic (we walked everywhere) and the whole Coimbra experience was truly a joy! I highly recommend this place!!! (Caveat: not for those who have problems walking).

Nice apartment in a great location

Apartment was in a great location and was very comfortable. One negative was that the wifi was not working for the 3 days we were there which was very inconvenient as we needed it for business purposes.
