We didn't need a thing other than our choice of food, beverage and ourselves. It was clean and very comfortable. The very definition of home away from home. Your can tell, the minute you pull in, that the Hosts put their heart and soul into this place. 10/10. The perfect getaway!"

"Our stay at Falls Watch in April was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything about the experience felt thoughtful, peaceful, and truly special. The home itself is beautiful, immaculate, and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. But what really sets this property apart is the waterfall. Sitting right off the porch, the sound of the rushing water becomes the perfect soundtrack to your stay. Whether we were enjoying our morning coffee, relaxing in the evening, or falling asleep at night, the music of the falls was always there - soothing, calming, and unforgettable. It felt like nature's own sound machine, and it was hands-down our favorite part of the experience. The setting strikes the perfect balance between feeling tucked away in nature while still being convenient to everything nearby. We left feeling refreshed, recharged, and already talking about when we can come back. If you're looking for a place to truly unwind and disconnect, Falls Watch is special. We can't recommend it highly enough."

"Beautiful property. Lots of stairs and steep walk to the creek and fire pit. It was great for me and my dog but my husband who uses a cane and my elderly mom struggled. They enjoyed the porch and patio. If you are a bit OCD like I am about cleaning while cooking, take some kitchen cleanser. There was not any and I like to clean as I go."

"You know you had a good time when you are already looking forward to a return visit. There was so much to love about our visit to Sunset Peak. For starters, when my wife and I first walked through the door, the smell of fresh pine captivated our senses. We literally stood in the hallway and closed our eyes for a few minutes to take it all in. After our brief moment of serenity, we slowly walked towards the living room / kitchen area of the cabin and was blown away by the majestic beauty of the mountain ridge that was right before our eyes. I know the saying goes, "A picture is worth a thousand words" but in this cause, the pictures on the website don't give Sunset Peak justice. The views from the back porch and from the hot tub is spectacular. Chip and Carmie, you guys need to do a master class on how to host. Your attention to detail and southern hospitality really made our 20th anniversary trip memorable. Thank You for being so personable. Your calls, text and Ellijay area recommendations were welcoming. It was also a great location- close to Roo vineyard and downtown Elijay, short drive to Blue Ridge. The hosts were easy to communicate with, as well as check in and check out. "it is a very rocky path to the cabin as has been mentioned but doable; older so had to get used to steps to upstairs bedroom but not "complaint" just Fyi. Enjoyed very much private spot, conditions and provisions provided - everything you need!! To the next family or friends who book YOU WILL ENJOY!"

"This was an amazing house and property! We stayed at Rolling Waters Lodge for a long weekend with friends to celebrate a 50th birthday. It was the perfect place for our group. The house was clean and well appointed, beds were comfortable, amenities were great (including nice shampoo and conditioner). Bring the Wi-Fi name and password with you in case you don’t have reception there. The twin room is great for children but a little too small for adults, although we did have one adult friend who didn’t mind :-) The property was beautiful…the photos don’t do it justice. Lovely and peaceful outdoor areas to sit and drink a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Host was very communicative before, during and after our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend the lodge for large groups of friends/families and would definitely stay again!"

"I was unanle to locate the property. I went out twice but there is no phone service and could not pull up the instructions. VRBO tried to call but could not contact the owner . They never actually stayed there because I could not find the location and I finally got frustrated and gave up."
