"Front desk was helpful. The room I booked was not available so they put us in a similar room but with a much worse view of the lake. I asked to see other rooms but those were even worse. It was disappointing to pay for a room I couldn’t enjoy the views from as the Rotunda restaurant was blocking a large portion of the view. The bicycle rentals were €55/day and they hardly worked. The jacuzzi tub in our room was grimey and not well cleaned before we got there."
