10/10 Excellent

"The desk clerk/owner was super friendly and helpful when I checked in. The room was what you would expect from a hundred dollar a night motel. It was clean and comfortable and there was a full-sized fridge. My room looked out over the lake and the view was awesome. I would definitely stay here again. And the bar/steakhouse next door was perfect for a late dinner."

"The location of Blue Moon Resort was perfect. We stayed in one of the motel rooms which was smaller but the cabins along the water seemed idyllic and I could imagine bringing a bigger group to stay and enjoy all the lake amenities. We only stayed one night. I appreciated how unfussy everything one and know the rooms may have been recently painted or updated. I always wish they would leave the original charm. "

"Very nice rental! Clean shower house and coin laundry machines. I loved swimming in the lake, but there is also a well-kept large pool for guest use. The unit is “mature”, located in an rv park where people buy a lot and park their rv on that spot. There is another part next door comprised of cabins that folks own. Everyone I met is very friendly and welcoming. The only downside to my stay was the lack of hot water in my unit-the owner responded quickly to my message informing him of this. He didn’t seem to be in the area, but I made do with bathing in the shower house. This is a lovely rental and I would stay here again!"
