Breathtaking view of the Marina de Cogolin and the sea, 5 km from Saint-Tropez. The studio is located in a private and secure residence with a caretaker, on the 2nd floor with an elevator. Access to the private pool with an additional fee. A boat shuttle provides a tour of the port to the beach from 8 am to 8 pm.
Come and enjoy a waterfront stay in this carefully renovated air-conditioned studio. The kitchenette is fully equipped, opening onto the living area with a lounge, dining area, and a quality 140 wall bed. The bathroom has a hydro-massage shower. The veranda and its summer lounge offer a space for relaxation facing the sea!
For your comfort: Wifi, flat-screen TV, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, induction hob, refrigerator-freezer, air conditioning, Tassimo coffee maker, toaster, kettle. Parking space.
