Do come and enjoy this strong house of the 15th century, built of golden stones, situated North of Lyon, in the village of Cogny ! It includes a superb self-contained accommodation with private swimming-pool (5m x 3m) in enclosed garden and owners' home. On arrival, be seduced by the character of this accommodation : mullioned windows, French ceilings, antique tiled floors...family paintings adding an artistic note to this sublime interior. Upstairs (outside stairs) : entrance, open kitchen area, hallway leading to large living-room (lounge area with wood-burning stove, dining area). Shower room including Wc. 1 bedroom (160 x 200 cm double bed). Upper floor : lounge (TV), hallway leading to 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with 160 x 200 cm double bed in each, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds), bathroom (bath, double washbasin), separate Wc. Bed linen, towels and household linen supplied free (beds are made before arrival). Outdoors : large shady garden (totally enclosed) including the swimming-pool reserved for guests, garden furniture, deck chairs, barbecue. Balcony. Parking area.
