Great View but house needs updating

"Spacious indoors and outdoors. Pool was fun but no hot tub, 15 minute walk to beach on very steep roadway. Hot water was erratic and completely off for 2 days. Roof leaked badly in living/dining room during rain. Poorly equipped for cooking. Bad odor in kitchen, and downstairs bath. Spanish a must ..."
