The standard King room was quite good for the price I paid which was $62 a night and it was on par with most other motels I have stayed in in Coffs Harbour. It had a mini kitchen with a microwave, sink, and cutlery and crockery. It was clean and quiet and the air conditioning worked well. It was walking distance to the beach,to a bowling club,a pub, and a couple of cafes. Overall I enjoyed my stay

The staff were welcoming and friendly. No appeasing view from room hence curtains needed to be drawn so made the room dark also heavily dirty marked curtains.

Price and location was good. Reception extremely pleasant. Close to bowling club and water. Parking for back units accessed by a lane at back of motel caused initial concern, but worked out well.
