"There was a bar/restaurant downstairs but since we were trying to isolate prior to my husband's transplant next week, we didn't go there. The view of Lake Superior and access to the beach area was great. The only staff person we interacted with was by text/email (because of our desire to isolate). Response times were very good. "

"Had a great weekend staying at the Northwoods Cabin Getaway. Enjoyed hiking to the many waterfalls in the area and always had a clean and quiet cabin to return to. The cabin was the cleanest we have ever rented and well supplied with everything we could possibly need. Chris & Laurie were quick to respond to any questions I had. Would definitely stay at the cabin again if it is available next time we are in the area. "

"Perfect location and amenities with lakefront privacy. This stay had all of the things needed for a relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable stay. Landings for Lake Chippewa, downtown and great dining options were all within a 20 minute drive. Ample firewood was provided, quick communication from the owner and all in all a perfect getaway. Highly recommend this property! "
