Small, cosy, rustic country house "Cuzac", surrounded by trees and meadows. 3 km from the centre of Labastide-Murat, 25 km from the centre of Rocamadour, 32 km from the centre of Cahors, in a secluded, elevated position on a slope, 3 km from the lake, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 5'000 m2 with trees, meadow, lawn for sunbathing. Motor access to the house (300 m via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, bus stop "St Henri" 23 km.
"Cuzac", 3-room house 50 m2 on 3 levels. Partly with sloping ceilings, modern and cosy furnishings: kitchen-/living room (dishwasher, 1 induction hot plates, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, combination microwave) with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), DVD. On the lower ground floor: (steep stair), 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the garden. Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 open room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Electric heating. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Marvellous panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot, logs (extra). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm.
