Beautiful, downtown main street home on Sherman Avenue in the resort town of Coeur D' Alene, Id. Step back in time to the Victorian era. When you enter the front door you are met by a totally remodeled home. The kitchen comes with custom cabinets, granite counters, with bar stool seating, all new appliances, paint & tile backsplash, New furnace/AC, beautiful wood floors throughout. Updated bath w/ tiled shower. Washer/dryer/iron. Fully furnished with antiques, new queen beds, new towels and linens, coffeemaker, countertop roaster/grill, backyard BBQ, Makeup Mirror and desk, plug in for phone and laptop recharging. The home is walking distance to all the main downtown activities and shops. CDA Resort, Restaurants, Tubbs Hill, hiking and biking trails, CDA Lake.

Wonderful location to walk downtown. Well appointed home and extremely comfortable. Great place to stay if you are visiting CDA.

Cleanliness is next to godliness, for the managers of this property! All appliances were clean and functional. Bathing area was clean and very functional. Furniture was comfortable. A/C was spectacular! Front and back yards were clean. Parking (for two cars) was perfect. Private spaces. What more can I say?

Fantastic place to stay in CDA!

Kenda and Russ are amazing hosts. The property is perfect, newly remodeled. Nice backyard to grill and eat dinner in, all the unexpected touches like drinks in the refrigerator, chocolates, laundry and soap, plenty of spices, coffee, well equipped kitchen. Enjoyable 20 minute walk to downtown CDA, great restaurants within a couple of blocks. Highly Recommend!
