Overall we had a great experience with the room and the hotel staff were amazing. Only things that could've made the stay better would have been stable wifi (as it wouldnt stay connected for more than 5 to 10 min) as well as fan in the bathrooms to help with steam.

We did have a couple minor issues but the manager, Tammy, took care of it instantly. All the staff, breakfast bar ladies, front desk, house keeping and the manager, were all so friendly and kind. I would absolutely stay there again

We stayed at Triple Play just for the hotel and not for all the fun activities. We thought we’d get to use the fun part, but it didn’t work out. The staff were friendly and helpful when I had a question. The room was clean and the breakfast was plentiful. Would recommend Triple Play for any age.
