This new and perfectly-located guest suite/house includes a memory foam mattress, private patio garden featuring a BBQ, fire table and mood lights just outside your door. Enjoy a chef's kitchen, radiant floor heat, 8-head shower, towel warmer, air conditioning, fireplace, fiber fed gig wifi, Netflix, washer/dryer, hot tub & more... Fee parking on-site, just one block west of midtown's pubs, restaurants, clothing and grocery shopping. And, just six blocks south is central downtown, beach and parks. Second queen hide-a-bed in the living room. From here you can walk to everything within minutes but be far enough away from downtown to have some peace and quiet.

We loved our stay at the 208 guesthouse! It was clean, had the most comfortable bed, is a great location and overall is just what we wanted! Will stay again when we are back

Cute home in great location!

Stayed at this home for the Couer d'Alene half marathon and it was perfect! Very easy street parking on a quiet road, and it's walkable to some breweries, restaurants, and a grocery store. Would definitely recommend staying here when you're in town.

Great Place - will come again

Overall a great stay and a great place! Easy location to walk or drive anywhere within a few minutes of downtown. Should note that it is an apartment above a garage and parking on the street, but we were fine with all that!

We had a great stay. It was in walking distance of downtown, shopping and dinner. It was very clean. Check in and out was a breeze. Contacting the owner was easy for any questions. Hot tub was a nice bonus- we would stay again

A very bright, cozy apartment for two. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with close proximity to downtown and easy access. All of the little luxurious touches like radiant floor heat, double shower, heated towel bars, dimmable lighting and well appointed kitchen made us feel pampered and relaxed.

Excellent location!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is on the second story with a separate entrance. Walking distance to Izzy's (best food around), Jeremiah's brewery and several little shops. There is a Safeway within waking distance also. try nicely appointed and the hot tub was what sold this lovely location for us. Looks just as pictured.

It was perfect!

My hubby and I stayed while our grandsons attended hockey camp. It was a lovely, quiet place to be. We enjoyed the kitchen, used the grill for steaks and walked the neighborhood with our dog. All felt comfortable, like being home. The decor was spot on. We will definitely stay here in the future.

Christmas week with our 3 year old

My husband and I stayed the week with our 3.5 year old daughter. Since Santa was coming, the girl got the main bed and we slept on the pull out couch. This place was great and all we needed. A lot of our food and activities were spent elsewhere. Capone's pub was fun and is kid friendly. The hot tub was well taken care of.

Nice getaway

My wife and i booked this nice quiet getaway. It was very quiet and accomodating. Fireplace was a little tricky but the amenities are great. Rain shower is fantastic with a smart mirror and towel warmer as you shower. If your looking for a quiet little spot to getaway, this is it. Thank you

The home was beautiful and very modern. It was alittle small for 3 people. We have a few things that we thought would improve others who stay. A hand railing to get in and out of the hot tub My husband is 66 and it was difficult trying to get out. Instructions on working the thermostat and also the coffee pot. We had a nice and relaxing time. Thank you

Perfect hub for our CDA stay

Just as described. Two adults and one 8 year old who slept on the queen sleeper sofa. Incredibly clean and well-stocked. Modern touches, spacious shower, comfortable bed. We had several adventures booked in the CDA area and this was the perfect respite for us. After a long bike ride or hike, the hot tub felt wonderful and the fancy shower was a treat. Good food, beer, coffee, and groceries all very walkable. Hosts were extremely responsive. Neighborhood is charming and close to nearly anything you might want to do in this beautiful little city! I hope we get to come back soon.

Cozy CDA

This is a really nice, well cared for property. It’s comfortable, well appointed, and the hot tub was great for enjoying the stars at night. I did have a significant issue occur when other guests arrived to the property and were able to unlock the front door using a code that was provided by another booking site…they said they had booked for the same evening. After speaking with the property manager, there was a mistake on their booking. Whatever the issue was, it was definitely a safety issue for me in that the code to the front door was provided to others who could have entered while I was away from the property. I advise you to confirm the code has been changed prior to your arrival and is unique to your stay.
