Not luxurious, but comfortable.

Quick and helpful property management team, great building and a comfortable unit, especially for a family with young children. However, the carpeting, linens, kitchen accoutrements and appliances are worn, not luxerious.

Great Location, Beautiful Property

Easy to get to, great location, and loads of shopping and restaurants withing walking distance. It was a short stay for us, didn't get to do much but sleep and share a few meals, but it was a beautifully kept, nicely equipped and comfortable place for our family to stay.

Beautiful condo in great location

We really enjoyed the condo's location with shops and restaurants downstairs as well as within walking distance. It was so nice to have so much available just within steps of our door.

Relaxing anniversary getaway

Nice Condo

Very nice modern condo with lots of amenities and stocked items. Split bedroom floorplan ideal for privacy. Very nice area of town with lots of activities in the Riverstone District. Nice and quiet, too. NW Property Mgmt folks were extremely helpful and friendly. They did a great job for us and were well represented.

Return to style and comfort

Having stayed at Riverstone once before, we planned ahead for this stay. Our return to Riverstone was this time in style and comfort. The 2 bedroom unit was perfect in all aspects, and facilitated greatly my sons stay with us. The unit was fully ADA accessible, since John is partially wheel chair bound. The staff was fully accessible, even when I had to contact them seeking directions in operating the modern appliances. In all this rental fully served our needs and beyond, and would rent again.

A perfect condo for our family

We could not have been more pleased when we opened the door. It was beautiful and exactly what we needed. It was large, open, airy and spacious! Perfectly stocked kitchen and bathrooms! Loved having a small private deck as well to enjoy the sunshine! It is located in a great area with some movie theaters and all kinds of fun shops and eating places.. It was the best and the management company was excellent. We only had to make a call or two and they responded immediately….BOOK IT NOW!!

Ladies Get Away

The location of the property is fantastic. Easy access to everything. Check in process very easy. It was a clean place, maybe needs a bit of a deep clean, base boards etc. Master bedroom is in need of a new Matress. I rent properties for a living so it really is a great place to stay, just needs a little detail work done. Closets organized, blankets washed. Not so sure people are into the silk flowers in the house and would look into getting the carpet out of the living area. Again the location and being on the 3rd floor was great! Would stay again.

Great property. Well appointed. Kitchen has most everything. Good linens and clean.Good location. Excellent checkin and fu on anything needed.However, nasty stale restaurant food smell pervades the unit everyday and all night. Yes, all 4 days we were there. It Overwhelms you when u walk in. Best was to leave all fans on and a window open to reduce it some. Manager states the unit is over a restaurant. Probably more like near its exhaust fans. Either way, not pleasant.

Coeur d’Alene Riverstone

We rented this condo for our 2.5 week stay in CDA because it was listed as a 2 bedroom condo with 2 king sized beds. We found 2 bedrooms, one with a king and one with a queen. We notified the listed contact and requested some resolution or financial reimbursement regarding this issue. Our contact apologized for the queen bed and let us know that he had escalated the issue to the property manager for resolution. We contacted the listed contact 2 more times, again received an apology and that he was awaiting a response from the property manager. The issue was never resolved. We did note that the listing on VRBO was changed to reflect reality. The mattress in the master was sunken in the middle and very uncomfortable for two people. The washing machine only operated with hot water and the door did not latch. We reported this issue. A repair person worked on the washer, but the issues were not resolved. The condo is in an excellent location and is nicely furnished. With attention to the above issues, this condo would be an excellent rental.

Great location horrible beds

Like with all things there’s usually things you like and things you don’t like. To start with, the condo wasn’t cleaned appropriately. Certainly not by fault of the property. Property management was exceptional Al and handled that part of it. The location is superb. Close to CDA proper yet far enough not to feel like it’s busy. The condo felt large and was well appointed with the things you might need on a trip. Plenty in the kitchen. Unfortunately that’s where things take a turn. The furniture is outdated in the living room. It’s too hard to be used as a sleeping surface (more on why I had to try in a second). There is a recliner that is comfortable enough and the tables and TV are fine. The second fart bedroom is a queen mattress and for kids it seemed fine enough. It’s an internal spring mattress of that bugs you. The master bedroom is a king bed. To say that it is past its prime is a gross understatement. If you were to put a straight edge from one side to the other, I wouldn’t be shocked if you said the middle was 6” low. In 48 years on the earth it is easily the most decrepit mattress I’ve ever laid on. My wife ( who can sleep anywhere had difficulty and ended up with a neck pain so severe that for days we were trying to get the knot out. After trying above mentioned couch I finally settled on an air mattress that I found in a closet. It was semi deflated by morning but so much better than the king bed. Overall we had a marvelous time, but don’t expect to sleep.
