  • Brand new one bedroom, one bath brand guesthouse located in beautiful downtown Coeur D Alene. Walking distance to lake, shops, restaurants and bars.

    Guesthouse is located above detached garage. You will have your own private entry and deck. The guesthouse is stocked with all kitchen essentials, Trager smoker/bbq, washer/dryer in unit. Street parking available during stay. There are 18 steps up to the guesthouse. Owners live on property and you can interact as much or as little as you would like. A small dog does live on property and uses the backyard but is always supervised while outside.
