- Welcome to The Ranch House at Wapiti Valley Ranch, a spacious Wyoming retreat in the scenic Wapiti Valley just west of Cody. Set on approximately 62 acres in the North Fork area and adjacent to state land, the ranch offers a peaceful setting surrounded by wide-open views and easy access to the outdoor recreation of northwest Wyoming. About 25 minutes drive from historic Cody, Wyoming and 35 minutes to the East entrance of Yellowstone, The Ranch House is a great home base for all of your Western adventures.
The Ranch House offers six bedrooms across two levels, making it a comfortable option for families and groups traveling together. The main level features two queen bedrooms, a bedroom with two twin beds, a full bathroom with double vanity and tub/shower combo, a full bathroom with a step-in shower and an open living, kitchen, and dining area that opens onto a large porch. The lower level includes two additional queen bedrooms, a bedroom with two twin beds, a full bathroom with double vanity and tub/shower combo, convenient half bath, living room, and laundry room.
Outside, enjoy the space and character of a ranch property, including a pond, and a historic 100+ year-old schoolhouse. Spend your days exploring the Wapiti Valley, hiking and fishing nearby, or making the short drive into Cody and onward to Yellowstone National Park. The Ranch House is a comfortable home base for experiencing the landscapes, wildlife, and western adventure that make this area special.
