"ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!! It's a long list of complaints... 1. 2 hours late to check us in even after we notified them TWICE we were in vicinity 2. BUGS BUGS BUGS we realized we are on a tropical island but my wife LITERALLY SLEPT in RAINGEAR to protect herself from bites...they told us to keep "doors closed"!!! "Spent 4 nights at the Resort. The welcome drink had alcohol which I do not consume. They offered to get me something else however it never came. Checked into the room and it was hot. Bellhop attempted to adjust the settings, but it did not change. Slept in a hot room. Reported the next morning, no one came. Reported it again late afternoon which is when someone showed and said that it was sorted. Left for an event and came back late. Same situation. Reported it again. The AC was only fixed properly the day before I was scheduled to depart. At no point was i offered a room change. To add insult to injury, I ordered room service on my last night, and I received my cutlery wrapped in a fully stained napkin. This was it for me. This is one property I will not return to."
