"The stay was very comfortable. I didnt like having an handicap room. Also the paiht on the tub was chipping and the handle was broken. Not sure if the use teash bags buy no trash bags in any of the trash cans No other issues"

"Love the property and the staff was friendly and helpful. I am mobility-challenged and did not get my requested handicapped room on a low floor. I did get a nice handicapped room on the top floor a very long walk from the elevator. My only other complaint was the free breakfast. There was no meat, no pastries, no waffles - just the most basic continental breakfast. Yuck! The coffee was good, however."

"We loved the Key West Inn! It was exactly the kind of place and location we were looking for. The antique mall next door was a big plus, huge and lots of treasures. We were given a list of restuarants, very helpful. It was clean, quiet, with great parking and friendly helpful staff. Can't say enough good stuff! Breakfast good too! We will return again..."

"Toilet was running continuously. Loud buzzing sound emitting from ceiling. Sound of traffic was loud. Bed was very uncomfortable- hard as a rock - old. Sheets were very rough - not up to any hotel standard that charges over $150 a night. Pillows not comfortable at all .. like footballs. Breakfast substandard . After telling front person at lobby some of my issues , he offered to have manager call me - that was 4 days ago - no call .. no follow up Not worth it at all"

"All in all a very well maintained facility. But for the price, the rooms are good but not great and the bath shower combination in the bathrooms was very slippery and dangerous for seniors."
