The location is perfect, very walkable and close to everything. A special mention to Luca, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making check-in flexible and smooth. "Disappointing. They tried with a welcome pack - but it was all items in packets, toiletries were limited and we found a few cleanliness issues sadly, such as hairs and stains on the bedding. It was also quite noisy early morning - we wouldn’t return. The pictures make it look better than it was!"
