The Sea Glass Cottage is located next to the renowned Ron Jon Surf Shop and the local favorite walking spots such as The Sand Bar, The Cocoa Beach Pier, The Cocoa Beach Surf Company , Starbucks, The Dinosaur Store , Shepherd Park , The Lighthouse mini golf and The Tree Climbing Adventure Zone ! You can rent bikes everywhere or Uber to your favorite drinking spots and beach bars such as The World Famous Coconuts on the Beach ! The Sea Glass Cottage is newly renovated!

Parking is in the rear of the building and only one car please~you may use all common areas of the property and directly across the street is a city park for the beach~

The Sea Glass Cottage is 45 minutes away from The Orlando International Airport . The Cottage is an hour away from Disney World and the theme parks . Kennedy Space Center is a 30 minute drive. Port Canaveral is a few miles away and within biking distance. You can watch the Space X and NASA launches from the condo and the super boat races. We hope to have you as our guests ! The Cottage is across the street from the beach -

-Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
-No parties or spring breakers please-this is a property for those who want to relax -not for young wild parties -set in a quiet location.

-This is a quiet family neighborhood and we have a quiet time from 10:00pm to 8:00am nightly.
- Checkout is at 10:00am.
- There is a lost key fee of $50 for any key that's lost and not recoverable.
-No Refunds on reservations cancelled due to a violation of our House Rules
***We do our best to provide each guest with the best vacation experience possible. However, just like in your home back home, sometimes issues might occur that require attention. Some issues do not interrupt nor disturb your stay and can be dealt with once your vacation is over. Other issues will require immediate attention and must be reported as soon as they occur.
The time to report them is NOT upon or after checkout of a multiple night stay as there will be no compensation in those instances because we will consider them livable according to your standards. If you are experiencing a stay altering issue with the property, we will get you moved to a different location immediately. Clear and Concise Communication is paramount.

Before you go, we have a few things we ask you to do:
1. When you leave, lock the door and return the key to the lockbox. Don't forget to scramble the code and close the cover to help us protect the box.
2. The checkout time is at 10 AM. Please be courteous and be out by then so housekeeping can get started.
3. Be sure to check under the bed for any belongings you might have left behind, and log out of your Netflix or any other streaming services you may have used.
4. Turn off all overhead lights and set the A/C thermostat to 77 degrees.
5. Please strip any beds that were slept in and leave the bedsheets on the floor at the foot of the bed.
6. Make sure all the windows are shut.
7. Wash and put away any used kitchenware and dishes.
