Breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean. Short walk over the dune to the beach. Fully stocked unit including beach toys, wagon, chairs and towels. Comfortable beds. Recently remodeled and clean, clean clean. This is our go to p lace in Cocoa Beach

Absolutely Perfect

We could not possibly have asked for anything more. This was our 3rd time staying here and it never disappoints. The view is even better than the pictures. Spectacular. Super clean. Well appointed and decorated. Comfortable. Has everything we could possibly want--enough towels and wash clothes, hangers and storage space. Beach chairs, beach towels, wagon and an assortment of beach toys. The kitchen had every gadget I could use. Big enough for 2 to cook easily. And did i say clean??? Very conveniently located to activities, restaurants and bars in Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, Melbourne and Cocoa Don't hesitate to stay here. The manager and owner are both very responsive. The building itself is super clean and in good repair. The pool is just what we were looking for.
