"If you’re looking for a place to sleep and don’t care about anything else, this is the place for you! The elevator doesn’t work half the time and it’s down to only one as the other one never opened while we were staying there for 3 days so I assume it’s been turned off. The elevator and rooms smell like skunk trying to be covered up with cleaning solution. Maybe it’s from the guests smoking weed in the elevators or maybe it’s because this property is in dire need of an update and still has carpet and curtains from when guests were allowed to smoke. The bed was hard and clearly in need of being replaced. The pillows were small and flat. They push the filling all down to one end and you end up with something that looks like a throw pillow instead of a bed pillow. With that said, we stayed three nights and managed to get a decent nights sleep every night. We probably won’t stay at this property again unless it’s been updated. "

"The hotel is absolutely stunning - old world, character, and nice size rooms. Love all of that! However, there were a number of disappointments: Outlets didn’t work House phone didn’t work to order room service Faucet in bathroom wouldn’t shut off Ran out of towels because staying there 4 days room got cleaned once Other than that- nice hotel Parking charges are RIDICULOUS"

"The rooms are very clean but the bed is hard. All of the staff in the food service area and bar are amazing. The lady who makes the omelets and waffles is friendly and makes a great omelet. The main issue I had was there were unsupervised children running everywhere and no one said anything. They were playing on the elevator and throwing things over the ledge at people on the bottom floor. I said something to the staff at the desk but I don’t think they cared. I definitely think there should be standards about how many people fit in a room. On a positive the hospitality hour is very nice and again the wait staff is amazing. We ordered wings and they were delicious. It’s a very nice hotel just needs to control the environment."

"Excellent location-across the street from the harbor and convention center. Hotel room is very nice. Great gym. Good good choices in the hotel. Starbucks and sundry store on 2nd floor. Self park is literally 20 steps from the hotel. Valet option too.Tip: if you self park, use the direct LAZ QR code option at the front desk because it allows you to park for 26 hours for $32. The hotel self park option is $34 for you to park til only 3pm the next day. Why? Who knows. It is the same parking structure…and valet is $48."

"Room had a nasty odor. Did not smell fresh and clean at all. Bathtub looked disgusting like it needed to be scrubbed. Can hear the floors creaking above you."
