Bunk Room: Queen bed + bunk bed (full over full) — also with river views.

A coffee and tea bar is ready to fuel your mornings and transitions perfectly into cocktails — plus, there’s a beverage fridge to keep your drinks cool and ready to enjoy. We provide K cups and teas, and sugars.
Outdoor & Entertainment Spaces:
Sliding glass doors open onto a gazebo with comfortable seating and a gas fire table, perfect for sipping and sunset watching. Adjacent, a smokeless fire pit is supplied with firewood and s ’more sticks—ideal for evenings under the stars.
The garage entertainment area includes, shuffleboard, foosball, darts, a movie TV, a bar setup, and lounging space. Outdoor games and gear (cornhole, volleyball, badminton, golf putting green, bikes, etc.) are available.
River Access & Water Use:
A private dock lies just steps from the front door, offering opportunities for boating, swimming, fishing, kayaking (we have 2), paddleboarding (1), or nature watching.
The nearest public boat landing (Upper Spring Lake Launch) is under 2 miles south.
