"Crooks ! Brought 9 day stay on line, paid in advance using credit card. On arrival hotel claimed to have no booking and stated they only take cash in advance for rooms. NO hot running water !! offered a bare electric heating element to heat my own water. B&B HAHA! breakfast is from external delivery service to eat in the room, so you have no idea of what hygiene standards it is prepared with. Due to the hotel failing to meet the most basic of requirements, hot water, I moved to another hotel. Requested a full refund, having paid additional cash fee for the 2 nights I did stay. Point blank refused, stating purchase was non-refundable. BEWARE, AVOID THIS HOTEL. IT DOES NOT MEET THE MOST BASIC STANDARDS AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY (CASH ONLY )WITH NOTHING IN RETURN. "

"Double room with AC, the spring beds are really old, sagging and have not been replaced for years. The bathroom smelt of fags all the time. No kettle to heat up water for infants or make tea. "

"Housekeeping is very poor. They do not check if the room is ready before handing over the keys to the customer. There was a kettle for making coffee in the room but no coffee or tea sachets. No hot water in the shower."
