Nestled on the third floor of a historic townhouse from 1896, this spacious 90 sqm retreat offers peace and comfort above the rooftops of Cochem – all while being right in the heart of the action.

Elegantly furnished, the apartment leaves nothing to be desired and is the perfect place for unforgettable moments. It features two inviting, colorfully decorated bedrooms, a generous living room, an elegant dining area, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. A daylight bathroom with a washing machine completes the space.

Prachtige plek!

Schitterend appartement, alles erop en eraan en zeer schoon in het gezellige centrum. Parkeren was wat lastiger en ook de 61 traptreden in het pand waren een verrassing voor mij. (traplopen gaat me wat minder goed af helaas) Ik had niet begrepen uit de advertentie dat het de hoogste verdieping van het pand betrof! wel dat het geen bg. was natuurlijk.Al met al echt wel prima dagen gehad.

Prachtige, ruime woning in hartje Cochem

Zeer ruime woning midden in het centrum van Cochem. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijk dakterras. Enig minpuntje is de gehorigheid op de slaapkamer aan de straatkant. Parkeren op 5 minuten loopafstand voor 5 euro per dag. We komen graag een keertje terug

Schöne, große Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt zentral mitten in der Altstadt von Cochem. Bei der Anreise sollte man daher beachten, dass die Zufahrt zwischen 10:00 und 18:00 Uhr gesperrt ist. Wir haben zum Ausladen auf einem Kurzzeitparkplatz an der Uferpromenade geparkt und sind die wenigen Minuten zur Wohnung gelaufen. Auf dem ca. 10 Minuten entfernten City-Parkplatz kann man dann das Auto 24 Stunden lang für 5€ abstellen. Die Begrüßung durch die Hausverwalterin war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Wir haben uns gleich Willkommen gefühlt. Die Wohnung „Johanna“ ist hell, geräumig und mit neuwertigen Möbeln eingerichtet. Bei der Küchenausstattung haben wir auch nichts vermisst. Das Schlafzimmer zur Straße hin ist allerdings - auch bei geschlossenem Fenster - sehr hellhörig. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder. Einen kleinen Hinweis an den Vermieter. Die Infos zur Anreise sollten automatisch rechtzeitig vorher verschickt werden.

This property has everything that you need for a few days stay. It was very clean, tidy and spacious. We did have difficulty in locating the apartment from the instructions provided possibly because we came from a different direction. The housekeeper also does not speak English so to let her know that we were delayed was impossible. Thank goodness for the Tourist Information Office!

Eine schöne Wohnung - groß und sauber

Die Wohnung ist wie die Beschreibung und fotos. Hell,groß und sauber. Komplett eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Die Straße und Umgebung sind ruhig. Die Terasse ist schön und Altstadt um die Ecke. Wir haben eine schöne Zeit in Cochem und an der Mosel gehabt. Kochen in der Küche funktionierte gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Wenn wir wieder nach Cochem kommen, werden wir uns freuen hier zu wohnen.

Nur fuer koerperlich fitte, und nicht fuer Allergiker geeignet

Ich hatte vorab netten Kontakt mit Besitzerin und Hausmeisterin. Wir durften frueher ankommen, dafuer wurde allerdings auch der check out fuer eine Stunde frueher angekuendigt. Vorsicht, es gibt keinerlei Parkmoeglichkeit am Haus. Die FeWo liegt im dritten oder vierten Stock! 62 steile Treppen. Kein Aufzug. Die FeWo war sauber. Gepflegt sieht fuer mich anders aus. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern war es ruhig. Wenn man allerdings bei offenen Fenstern schlaeft, so hoert man den Strassenlaerm bis in den Morgen. In der ganzen Wohnung riecht es stark nach Reinigungs- und Waschmittel. Nichts fuer Allergiker wie mich. Ich habe gelernt, bei der naechsten Ferienwohnungssuche vorab wesentlich mehr Fragen zu stellen. Meiner Meinung nach ist die Wohnung klasse fuer Leute, die keine Probleme mit Treppen steigen oder Allergien haben, die gerne viel laufen und abends feiern. Fuer mich, nicht ganz so belastbar, war sie ungeeignet. Auf mein Feedback direkt an die Besitzerin kam keine Antwort.

We waren op zoek naar een onderdak voor 2 nachten met 2 slaapkamers in centrum Cochem. Zo goed als niets te vinden of mijlen ver van Cochem. Anders gezocht en toch deze nog gevonden. Boven verwachting ruim appartement. Prijs/kwaliteit zeer goed. Zelfs een ruim dakterras inbegrepen!! Nieuwe keuken, fijne bedden. TOP
