The apartment we rent is located, as shown in the photographs, in a wooded area and offers access to a terrace and balcony. We rent to only one family at a time, so you won't have to share the space with anyone.
It's an ideal place to enjoy the views of nature, a starting point for visits to the surrounding art treasures, food and wine tours, and walks in the woods. Suitable for those who want to look "beyond" and rediscover themselves in the search for peace amidst the hustle and bustle of this society, threatened by haters and the illusion of power.
We live on the ground floor, but the entrances are independent.
The apartment (53 sq m), located on the first floor, has a terrace for dining and, on clear days, you can see the mountains and observe the flight of birds, often buzzards.
- The kitchen is fully equipped (pots and pans, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, microwave, toaster)
- The washing machine and dryer are located on the ground floor.
- An iron is available upon request.
- A hairdryer is available.

Although our house is surrounded by woods, we are 800 meters from the center of Cocconato, where you'll find a supermarket, restaurants, drugstore and wine shops, as it's a town of gourmets.

Cocconato, known as the "balcony of Monferrato" for its beautiful views, has been awarded the Touring Club's Orange Flag, and has a microclimate that allows fir trees, araucarias, and palm trees to coexist. Cocconato has a world-famous food and wine tradition.
In compliance with Italian laws guests will sign a lease for the days of the stay; this is not a cost. The tourist tax is €2 per night per person up to 7 nights. Children under 12 years old are not subject to the tax and it will be to pay pon the arrival.
