Magnificent views, tranquil stay

This was the second time we stayed in Cabin 2 and will definitely be back. We saw tons of wildlife from the deck and really enjoyed our time there again.

View from the cabin was indeed exquisite!! A very comfy quiet and private cabin for us and our baby. Well equipped and cozy rooms, kitchen, bathrooms. Fabulous hot tub! 15 minutes to Giant City State Park. We recommend Giant City Nature Trail & Rocky Bluff Trail easy and beautiful.

What a perfect location for a weekend getaway! Breathtaking views that were perfect for sitting with a cup of coffee and a good book. Property was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for the weekend. Highly recommend!

Christmas getaway

We love to getaway between the holidays to relax from all the demands the season brings. This cabin was the perfect spot! We enjoyed the hot tub, binged movies and enjoyed food in nearby Cobdin and Carbondale.

Short getaway

Just 2 friends wanting to visit. The place had wonderful views through the back windows or upper decks. Space was not wasted and everything we needed was provided. The place was clean and cutely decorated.

Getaway in S Illinois

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon in January 2025. The power went out a couple of times but the host was very responsive and took care of it as fast as she could. The view was awesome and we enjoyed the hot tub. The 2 story living was nice and we used the kitchen to cook some traditional polish meals. We were able to go to Mass in Cobden just a few minutes away.

Relaxing birthday getaway

The cabin was exactly as described and more. The pictures do no justice to the views there. The owner even brought a brand new card table and chairs to the cabin after my mother was chatting with her. The cabin is close to a ton of excellent trails, wineries, and activities. If you have a little, there is a fantastic new playground in Anna where you’ll need to go for gas/full grocery store
