The L Design Villa

With its unique modern composition the L Design Villa is an eye-catcher of contrast. Working with and along the lush tropical jungle coming to its final design of the “L”.

The home has a spacious kitchen-living room and outdoor area all designed in an L shape. The 3 bedrooms are facing the salt water infinity pool and outdoor area with various points to enjoy the stunning ocean view and spectacular sunsets all year. Outside table and barbecue in addition to the fully equipped kitchen and dining area offer the perfect space to gather together to enjoy your meals.

All king sized bedrooms are complete with its own unique line of texture and color pallet, individually equipped with their ensuite bathroom and luxurious bathtub. In addition, to complement our surfers, L Design Villa has showcases, surfboard racks and outdoor shower at your convenience after your sessions.

We strive to continue our duty as an ocean friendly business to maintain the award. As promised in its name, the contrast of structure, the details of designs within thee design, the quality fabrics, and wood to concrete architecture all comes together to its creation

Magical time in Santa Teresa

Absolutely stunning property. The couple issues we had with the pool or needing extras towels were handled immediately. Our host Josefina was very engaged and helpful. It’s a windy trip up the hill but worth it! 5 stars ⭐️

We had a really good time in Santa Teresa at the L Design Villa. From pre arrival support by Sereen all the way to the departure. The facility is wonderful and certainly as advertised, Would absolutely recommend to friends!

Beautiful property

This property is brand new and you can see it by the general state. Finishes and details are very pretty. Location works great. Cleaning and maintenance team were friendly and detail oriented. Concierge was very friendly and open to assisting in any way possible. 100% recommended.

Gorgeous house

The L design Villa is very well designed. Each of the 3 spacious bedrooms has its own bathroom. The outdoor area is beautiful and has lots of seating space. The BBQ is brand new and works like a charm. The living area is fully equipped, it has a large and very comfy sofa with large TV, a gorgeous dining table for 10 and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay. We have been there twice in 2 months and have enjoyed the house tremendously.

Amazing Spring Break in Santa Teresa

I cannot give enough praise to The L Design Villa in Santa Teresa. The house is stunning! Its comfortable, spacious, clean and modern. It was more than enough room for my family of 5. We enjoyed the pool, the shaded and sunny areas, and the views of the sunsets. The concierge, Josefina, was also amazing - very responsive, and so helpful in arranging adventures and providing recommendations. The drive up the hill is not for the faint of heart, but its no problem with a 4-wheel drive vehicle, and it becomes second-nature after a couple days. Santa Teresa is a gem, and this amazing house provided a great base camp for our relaxing and adventurous week!

Beautiful Property

The house was perfect. 3 bedrooms and a simple floor plan with all 3 bedrooms surrounding the pool. The house is modern and clean. Josefina (property manager) met us upon check in to show us the property. Josefina was also quick to respond via text message the few times I had questions throughout the week. Watching the sunset from the pool deck is amazing. Lounging by the pool is very relaxing. The house is a short car or ATV ride to many stores and restaurants. I really enjoyed this house and will probably return to stay again in the future.

Beautiful relaxing place

The views, the house and everything was great. We had everything we needed and the house is more beautiful than the pictures. Josefina was very nice and available. We just did not have the cleaning service as the person was sick. I would recommend to ask Josefina to book a massage with Sofia. We will definitely come back to this house
