NEW FOR 2026 – DESIGNED FOR COUPLES
This luxury woodland cabin is a brand-new 2026 escape thoughtfully designed for couples seeking comfort, privacy, and a deeper connection with nature.
The exterior is finished in a rich burgundy stain that highlights the natural beauty of the wood. Inside, warm wood walls, a plush chaise lounge for two, beanbag chairs positioned in front of floor-to-ceiling windows, and Edison string lights create a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
While the cabin is compact and intimate, the expansive covered deck and wall of windows make the space feel bright, open, and immersed in the surrounding forest.
THE SPACE
At 255 square feet, this luxury woodland cabin is cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed.
Sleeping & Living Area
• Queen memory-foam mattress
• Plush 5.5-foot chaise lounge that seats two adults or sleeps one child
• Two beanbag chairs overlooking the woods through floor-to-ceiling windows
• Smart TV
Kitchenette
• Mini-fridge
• Microwave
• In-unit Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods
Bathroom
• Full bathroom with a 3-by-5-foot walk-in shower
• Sink and essential amenities
The cabin is stocked with dishes, cookware, grilling utensils, and basic essentials. When you're finished using them, simply place dirty items in the provided bin and take them to the bathhouse cabinet. Feel free to swap them for clean items while you're there—we handle all the washing for you.
OUTDOOR LIVING
Step onto your 205-square-foot covered deck overlooking a newly planted quarter-acre wildflower garden and a beautiful stand of mature pines and hardwoods.
The garden was planted in 2026 and is currently establishing, with the first blooms expected in August 2026 and full maturity anticipated in 2027.
A towering Eastern Hemlock stands approximately 50 feet from the deck, and because the deck faces west, you'll enjoy shaded mornings and beautiful afternoon and evening light filtering through the trees. Sunset views peek through the forest canopy.
Deck Features
• Round propane fire table with glass rocks
• L-shaped outdoor sofa
• Side table
• Two-person dining table
• Edison string lighting throughout the deck area
• Private propane grill located just below the deck
IMPORTANT NOTES
Climate Control
The cabin is equipped with a large mini-split heating and cooling system, providing comfortable temperatures year-round and maintaining a home-like environment in every season.
Woodland Setting
Because the cabin is located in a natural woodland environment, occasional insects are part of the experience. You may encounter ladybugs, beetles, spiders, flying insects, or ants from time to time.
We use natural pest-control methods and maintain regular cleaning, but a completely bug-free environment is not realistic in a forest setting. If a fully sealed indoor environment is important to you, this may not be the right fit.
THE PROPERTY
Explore 18 acres of naturally maintained woodland featuring:
• Hiking trails
• A peaceful pond
• Two creeks
• Creekside meadows
• Scenic picnic areas
• Photography and wildlife-viewing opportunities
You'll likely encounter whitetail deer, wild turkeys, and a variety of native birds, especially during sunrise and sunset.
Ducks & Chickens
Our friendly ducks and chickens roam freely throughout the property and naturally help control mosquitoes and ticks.
The trade-off is occasional noise from hens and roosters. The chickens remain in the coop until 8:00 AM. After that, you may hear crowing or the hens proudly announcing the arrival of a freshly laid egg.
They're friendly, harmless, and often enjoy approved food scraps.
Border Collies
Four Border Collies live on the property. They remain in our residence or secure kennel except during supervised exercise and bathroom breaks.
They're extremely friendly, non-aggressive, and may enthusiastically seek attention if they happen to meet you.
ADVENTURE AWAITS
The Caverns (19 Miles)
Experience world-class concerts in a massive underground cave where temperatures remain a comfortable 59°F year-round. The venue has been recognized as ACM's Theater of the Year.

GOOD TO KNOW
This is not a luxury resort—it's a genuine nature experience.
If you're looking for room service, perfectly manicured grounds, and zero wildlife encounters, this may not be the right destination.
But if you'd rather fall asleep to crickets, wake up to birdsong, enjoy peaceful woodland surroundings, and spend your days exploring waterfalls and scenic trails, you'll feel right at home.
You'll have access to your private cabin, covered deck, propane fire table, grill, designated parking space, hiking trails, pond, and creekside meadow.
We're available 24/7 should you need anything during your stay and are always happy to share local recommendations and adventure ideas.
