Lovely place, quite central for our needs. There was a damp smell in the room though, and the noise from other rooms using the bath was quite loud. Staff were lovely and incredibly helpful.

This place is a must go to hotel. I’ve heard some not so good stories of other places in HCMC, however I must say this hotel is truly a gem! Most places are boutique only in name. It is spotlessly clean here and the staff are ridiculously friendly and helpful. From the moment we checked in we were looked after. Kati (customer service manager) sorted us out. I locked myself out of my room, and the reception staff immediately took me to my room and retrieved the key. Kati even remembered our room numbers when we requested hotel services. Breakfast is great with buffet selection and also a la carte items. There’s a small pool and gym which has most equipment (even a squat rack!) Highly recommended and right next to Ben Thanh market. I thought it was going be really touristy but I was more than pleasantly surprised.

Hotel is 100 year old so certain things like size and structure are not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. However, the staff and service is amazing. The hotel itself is beautiful. Breakfast has a lot of variety and very tasty.
