The ground floor has an open plan living/dining/kitchen which opens out to the gardens. There is also a separate movie room with large TV and bean bags.
One double bedroom, WC and Utility Room complete the ground floor.

Upstairs there is a Master Suite with en-suite shower room, walk-in dressing room and private balcony. Another double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom complete the upstairs.

There is a garden room which houses the Hot Tub, Sauna, Loungers, a small shower room and kitchenette.

To the rear of the generous gardens, there is a pond and Gazebo where the outdoor kitchen is located.

You`ll have full private access to the house and gardens.

I live 20 minutes away so can generally be on hand if needed.

A stunning woodland setting with loads of lovely walks right from the front gates. Village amenities are available in Bearsden about two miles away.

Due to the semi-rural location a car is advised when staying at the property. There is free private parking for several cars at the house.

Public transport is available in Bearsden, which is about a mile from the house.

There is a fountain and a small pond in the garden. The log burners do not have child guards.
Children should be supervised at all times both indoors and outdoors.
Fake tan must not be worn in the Hot Tub. Additional cleaning fees will be applied if this rule is found to be broken.
Plastic cups only to be used in the spa area. No glass!

Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm, especially outside.

Dogs are only allowed on the furnishings if a blanket is used.
