    CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
    Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests may be reviewed based on availability but cannot be guaranteed. Paid options may be available.

    QUIET POLICY
    This home is located in a peaceful, private mountain community. To maintain a relaxing environment for all guests and neighbors, noise must be kept at a respectful level at all times. Parties and disruptive behavior are not permitted. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.

    EXTENDED STAYS
    Reservations of 30 nights or longer are subject to additional review. Stays exceeding 90 nights require a separate agreement. A security deposit, mid-stay cleaning fees, and trash pickup fees may apply depending on length of stay.

    PAYMENTS
    For reservations made more than 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total is due at booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before check-in. Reservations made within 14 days of arrival require full payment at booking.

    CANCELLATION POLICY
    • More than 31 days before arrival: Full refund, minus travel insurance premium if purchased.
    • 14–31 days before arrival: Initial payment is forfeited.
    • Within 14 days of arrival, early departure, or shortened stays: All rent payments are forfeited. Cleaning fees and applicable taxes will be refunded as required.

    MILITARY DISCOUNT
    A 5% discount is available for active duty military members and veterans with valid documentation. Please contact our Guest Experience Team for details.

    LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS
    Reservations made within 7 days of arrival require additional verification for the safety of our homeowners and guests. Required documentation includes:
    • A clear photo of a government-issued ID
    • A full-face selfie of the primary guest holding the ID (must match the reservation name)
    • A photo showing the last four digits of the payment method in the primary guest's name

    Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
