  • At the entrance of the picturesque port of Doëlan, Villa Feunteun ("fountain" in Breton) is a magnificent house completely open to the ocean. It is located at the end of a dead end, in a natural setting that opens onto its garden. The majestic view of Villa Feunteun on the sea allows you to enjoy an exceptional color palette, from pale green to gray-blue on which silvery highlights shine.
    The house is built on the ground floor, a large and beautiful living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. Upstairs, three bedrooms: two bedrooms each with a double bed and a bedroom with 3 single beds. A bathroom and a bathroom complete the floor. Four cars can park in the property. In the basement, there is a fully equipped laundry room. Sauna and jacuzzi available in the spring of 2020.

Beautiful and Serene

The house is wonderful with windows that take advantage of the sea and fields. Light fills the house and with the shutters you can darken the house for a good night’s rest. Beaches are 5-10 minutes away. Property was located well to explore other Brittany towns. Our family loved the roominess of the home. The kitchen is well-supplied and the dishes are beautiful.

Stunning property in a fabulous location.

It has all been said before! We love Brittany and this is an amazing property in an absolutely fabulous setting. Plenty of walking and cycling from the door, a short wander into Port Doelan (a fabulous meal was had at Les Trois Mats - although this is probably a good 30/40 minute walk from the property as it is on the other side of the river) and close proximity to Pont Aven, Concarneau and, one of our favourites, Quimperle. The weather didn't lend itself to a beach day but we know that there a plenty of sandy beaches to access locally by car. The coastal path walks from the property gave access to small coves which were not only beautiful, but also offered the opportunity for a swim. Le Pouldu is a short cycle away with an opportunity to partake in the local Cidre or options for meals. The house is one of the best we have stayed in, with panoramic views of the coast, very comfortable beds and furnishings and a kitchen that is well equipped, with everything you could need. The games room, hot tub and sauna were all added bonuses and the garage space provided ample room to store all six bikes taken and the bike carriers too. Thank you for the use of your beautiful house; we had a fantastic family holiday.

Wunderschöne Lage! Haben Whirlpool und Sauna viel genutzt! Krabbe gekocht!Aussicht genossen. Auch von der Sauna aus.Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das einzige was gefehlt hat ist eine Reibe. Es hat 3 Badezimmer und im Keller noch Extra ein Wc.Danke für die schöne Zeit

Sehr schönes Haus an traumhafter Lage

Wir waren zu sechst mit zwei Hunden dort und haben den Aufenthalt in dem sehr schönen und traumhaft gelegenen grossen Haus sehr genossen. Die Lage direkt an der Küste mit uneingeschränkter Meersicht ist grandios. Das Haus hat auch einen gedeckten Whirlpool und eine Saune, beides ebenfalls mit direktem Meerblick. Wir hatten bis auf einen Tag perfektes Wetter und waren täglich unterwegs, hätten es dort aber auch bei stürmischem oder Regenwetter sehr gut ausgehalten. Wir empfehlen das Haus sehr gerne weiter. Herzlichen Dank.

Magnifique villa avec vue sur l océan

Semaine très agréable dans cette villa très bien pensée, équipée, très propre et fonctionnelle. La vue est magnifique de la pièce de vie et de la majorité des chambres. L’espace spa est très agréable. Je ne peux que recommander et nous serons ravis d’y séjourner à nouveau. Mention très bien pour l accueil et la disponibilité de la conciergerie.

Wunderschönes Haus

Das Haus ist einfach fantastisch! Man kann es kaum schöner antreffen. Es ist mehr als genug Platz für 10 Personen und einen Hund. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett & hilft sofort bei Problemen. Traumhafter Blick auf eine kleine Bucht, super Ausstattung im gesamten Haus und alles notwendige ist vorhanden. Selbst vom Spa Bereich aus kann man aufs Meer schauen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nochmal um dieses tolle Haus noch einmal zu genießen.

Ein wunderbares Haus für ein Familientreffen, großzügig, bestens ausgestattet, gemütlich, mit umwerfendem Blick direkt auf den Atlantik. Superlage direkt am Küstenwanderweg, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hafen mit Restaurants, wenige Autominuten zu schönem, nicht überlaufenem Strand mit guter Bademöglichkeit auch für Kinder. Eine tolle Gegend! Wir hatten noch nie so ein schönes, gepflegtes Haus!

Alles perfekt

Besser hätten wir es nicht treffen können. Das Haus liegt am Ortsrand ohne zu abgeschieden zu sein, die Ausstattung ist für ein Ferienhaus ungewöhnlich gut. Sauna und Whirlpool sehr gepflegt. Der Ort ist ruhig und malerisch. Die Nähe zum Atlantik und zu Badestellen ist super. Hundespaziergänge direkt vor der Haustür. Wir hatten sogar die Ehre kurz den Besitzer kennenzulernen, Guillaume ist sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Das war sicher nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt dort.

Super Lage! Tolles Haus!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir sind mit 11 Personen dort gewesen (3 Familien) und es war alles vorhanden! Der Schnitt des Hauses mit den vielen Bädern ist ideal für diese Konstellation. Es ist genug Platz und die Ausstattung ist reichlich, es mangelt an nichts. Kamin, Sauna, Whirlpool - was will man mehr. Vom Haus aus kann man sehr schön direkt loswandern. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Die Kinder konnten sich bei schlechterem Wetter super die Zeit mit Tischtennis und Tischkicker im Keller vertreiben.

Faszinierende Lage und herrlicher Ausblick

Unser 10ter Urlaub in der Bretagne war der beste, und zwar wegen dieses Ferienhauses. Wir waren schon in drei anderen Häusern mit Blick auf den Golf von Biscaya. Aber die Villa Feunteun toppt alles. Vom großen Wohnraum im EG und von der Terrasse im OG kann man sowohl den Sonnenaufgang als auch den Sonnenuntergang genießen. DieTerrasse vor dem Untergeschoß (dort Sauna, Whirlpool, Kicker und Tischtennisplatte) ist wunderbar. immergrüne Büsche halten Wind ab. Aber die Sonne kommt von oben immer noch gut drauf: Eine kleine Oase in der großen Oase. Im Haus selbst fehlte nichts. Super Vermieter, der uns in Bezug auf unsere Hunde sehr geholfen hat.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes und geräumiges Ferienhaus mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf das Meer.

Das Haus ist modern und top eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung lässt absolut keine Wünsche offen und auch in der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man brauchen kann. Die große Fensterfront auf der Südseite ermöglicht einen traumhaften Blick über den Garten und den Atlantik mit seinen ständig wechselnden Ansichten. Die Lage ist hervorragend, in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht man den hübschen kleinen Hafen von Doëlan mit verschiedenen Restaurants, wie auch den Küstenwanderweg in Richtung Pouldu mit seinen schönen Stränden. Verschiedene Supermärkte und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und unkompliziert sowie der Check-in und Check-out pünktlich und sehr freundlich. Wir haben die zwei Wochen im Haus sehr genossen und können es ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen. Wir planen auf jeden Fall einen weiteren Urlaub hier zu verbringen.

Nettoyage : vitre rdc façade est à proximité cuisine particulièrement sale Sous sol cuisine mitoyenne garage non nettoyée ( toiles araignées entre autre et vitres plafond angles séjour sales . Grille barbecue totalement rouillée Maison bien décorée , beau mobilier ,bien équipée , très bien située avec point de vue remarquable . En conclusion , bien de grande qualité sous réserve de régler les sujets négatifs .
