Cocoonr/Book&Pay invites you to stay in this charming house with breathtaking ocean views, located in Clohars-Carnoët. Nestled at the end of a dead-end road, this house enjoys a peaceful, car-free environment, frequented only by walkers.
Just 400 m from the beach and 300 m as the crow flies from the ocean, it's surrounded by fields, offering an unspoilt setting. Below, you'll find a magnificent Breton cove known as Roche Percée.
With a surface area of 120 m², this house can accommodate up to 5 travellers. It features a lovely 45 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub), and a 300 m² garden. Wi-Fi is included, and all that's missing is you to take full advantage of this seaside haven of tranquility!

The accommodation (south-facing) is composed as follows:

The house is ideally located in Clohars-Carnoët, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (up to 3 vehicles).
