Apartment 'Prat Bras - T1 - Bord De Mer' with Shared Garden and Wi-Fi

Welcome to our 4-star seaside apartment at Villa Prat Bras, facing the Laïta beach at Le Pouldu. On the ground floor of a characterful seaside house, it offers direct access to the garden and a breathtaking view from the beach to the island of Groix.

Enjoy the peace and quiet, the changing landscapes with the tides, and walks along the famous GR34 footpath, which passes right by the house and leads to the picturesque port of Doëlan.

We look forward to welcoming you all year round and sharing our local tips on restaurants, walks and activities. Free parking and high-speed WiFi included.



The T2 apartment is rated 4-star furnished tourist accommodation. It benefits from every comfort:



- Separate bedroom with comfortable queen-size 160 x 200 non-allergenic bed (feather-free & anti-mite)

- Living room with sofa bed convertible into a 140x200cm bed

-Fully-equipped kitchen with induction hob, fridge/freezer, mini oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, Nespresso, toaster and all you need (coffee, tea, condiments, etc.)

Cleaning is carried out with the utmost care.

We live on site and will be available as often as possible to welcome you and share our good addresses and tips (restaurants, walks, etc.).
